Decent individuals, interesting and creative projects. There is some community within the office. There is some allowance in pushing creative projects.

Cons

Late payments to staff. There's not always clear direction in terms of the company. A bit clique.

You won't work much. Not for me, but some people find it better to waste their time not doing anything.

Cons

Fake company. They have never made money. They are basically running a shell business and no one knows why... You can have a guess. FYI: They won't pay you on time or even pay you at all.
