Pros
You will find it a normal when you are deployed at a client for some project, as rules and regulations of clients are followed. Other than this no Pros of Shakti IT.
Cons
I don't know what they are running because company standards are not followed by this company. They have their own set of protocols. They will not provide you Pay-slip until you ask for it, no system to check leaves etc., when you resign even if you are not deployed at any client they will not release you without serving notice period. Whereas in that notice period you have to just go and sit idle in office. On last day they didn't give rather I would say refused to give relieving letter and said would just provide a mail, and reliving letter would be given on full and final day.
