      At the moment very little

      Was bought out by Republic. New supervisor and rules are terrible. They expect you to do unreasonable jobs with failing equipment. Unsafe get it done at all cost culture.

      decent benefits, routine schedule, semi supportive upper management

      Communication who? Shared information where? The "software" developed by an old guy who was friends with the original owner is the quality you expect a website made by an old man who does not use the website at all... to be. expect your desk to have multiple screens so you have have 3-5 tabs open for one customer to get all the information you need. Want to run a report? Hahaha! That's cute. better luck next time.
