-Horrible management and very low pay. Benefits are non-existent!!! -Company do not want to hear employees voice and opinions -Small company with no western culture on place -Unprofessional and rude employees with no soft skills -Very discouraging work environment with no appreciation -Department manager and leads are outsourced employees who have no voice and authority over team and well-being of team members -Expects to spoon feed new hires and pressurize older employee to have hands on involvement on everything outside their job descriptions -System is all over the place, no proper rules and very disoriented -HR are just in name only. They mainly focus on finance. They take weeks to reach back to you and only bother to get what they need instead of hearing the opposite -DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!

Pay-below market. Management-CEO is non existent and has been left to people who do NOT manage People.
