      Pros

      Great benefits. Good pay scale and increments. Top management is employee oriented and invests in development of employees. Good HR department.

      Cons

      Toxic department culture. Promotion depending interely on your direct manager who can hold your promotion up to multiple years based on favouritism, they can score your performance down and you will get increments based on that. Work life balance negligible again based on departments culture which is secretly completely different from the company's culture and values.
