      After coo joining maximum number of churn happend both employees and centers, egoistic, not visiting business partners except for few launch, but yes want to travel to certain territory close to his place, special support to people in certain territory, humiliation to everyone else during group and individual calls, not paying incentives to employees who leave even after qualifying in every parameter, personal grudge, cannot put across your word, list goes on

      Some team members are genuinely talented and supportive, which makes day to day work a bit more manageable despite the challenging environment.

      Toxic work culture Micromanagement Lack of respect and professionalism Sudden changes in direction and priorities create confusion and stress. No work-life balance, Unrealistic expectations and constant pressure make it hard to maintain personal time. Low employee morale, Frequent blame culture and lack of appreciation lead to high turnover.
