      For a startup, its work-life balance is great. You don't need to work very very hard in order to survive.

      Cons

      Horrible nepotism in the engineering department after company name a new engineer VP. The VP screw up the culture. Rude and incapable operation team.

      - Interesting challenges in all of the company organizations - unique product that is trusted by investors and the market - some very bright folks - free breakfast, lunch, dinner - unlimited vacation days - activities and company culture

      - product planning could've been better - parking garage fills up pretty early
