Multiple rounds of layoffs. Would be understandable in this market but leadership was not very transparent about why they had to lay off workers and what was coming next, leaving anyone left after a round of layoffs to wonder if they would be safe and if so, for how long. Additionally, promotions were awarded after the third round of layoffs to some remaining employees, including those who are in ‘middle manager’ type positions. Talk about poor money management. Certain managers are not held accountable for poor behavior (talking down to employees, being late to meetings, taking constant breaks, being on the phone during meetings, snapping at employees, losing their temper) and despite MULTIPLE employees reporting these types of behavior, nothing happens.
