Bad leadership one manager openly admits to smoking weed and also brags that je doesn't have to take drug tests. The one that runs the place throws money at everything and has no idea how to manage people he fires all old staff and recruits all his friends from his other job. They have so many meetings and walk from one side of the shop to the other in a little pack wasting time and money saying how great they are and they can't even got jobs out the door one's that they been doing ober 15 yrs same the owners don't see it what a con place to work.may seem nice at first but you won't advace they give. 2 percent raises across the board not for individual accomplishments. Don't waste your time trying to change things they won't let you
