S+R is a great company for entry level employees to seasoned pros. Salaries are competitive. My fellow coworkers are great people - smart, resourceful, and compassionate. Some of the most kind and intelligent I've worked with.
Cons
S+R can be a bit of a sink or swim situation when you first join. Don't be afraid to ask for help and ask for new opportunities and ways to improve and get involved.
