      Pros

      Knowledgeable, friendly, progressive and dynamic team of people - colleagues are respectful and responsive and mutually supportive of each others area of work and expertise. The pension is very generous and good salary structure to keep up with cost of living. Excellent flexible working set up. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering leaving the corporate/financial world and looking for an organisation they can really contribute to and feel like they're making a difference.

      Cons

      Not many, maybe sometimes overly ambitious strategy for the size.

      Really supportive culture, passionate about making a difference but always puts the individual ahead of the organisation. Our health matters more.

      Cons

      Workload can be a bit much because we’re growing. But it’s exciting to be here.
