Way to many to express here. Main one is they do not tell the truth about the job environment and the child like behavior that is tolerated because of friendships with the upper management. Benefits SUCK!
Management is great, and everyone there is so friendly and caring. As an SDR, I learned a lot from the sales team. It was fulfilling to be working with/selling a product I believed in and it was evident that everyone else was passionate about the product/company mission too.
Cons
No cons. Only struggle is if you are a slow learner, it might be hard to learn the product quick enough to start having conversations with prospects about it.
