Extremely poor upper management. Top guy is totally not qualified for the position and acts on opinions and not business facts. "Yes Men" is what this guy likes. Unable to gain the professional respect of others so "the least path of resistance " is his way of doing business. Production plant has suffered seriously since the new production management team has been put in place. Lack of structure and lack of accountability is now obvious and makes the environment unfair for hard working plant employees. A non profit with great resources and a clown managing the business. Sad, sad, sad. Too bad the board of directors does not care about the hard working plant employees, only the placebo type caring.. If only the hospitals they serve really knew of the sad daily management at this facility.
