Pros

Supportive leadership Extra communicative executive teams Tons of recognition opportunities Culture felt throughout organization

Cons

I’ve met no major cons at this time. One would be it’s a growing company so there can be some growing pains but the team is dedicated to fill these gaps.

Pros

Plus if: you like being busy. you like autonomy. On mobile units away from administration, it's nice just to be able to show up and do your work and go home. I like the fact that I could complete my job without HR or aggressive management hindering my progress to which I could focus on keeping the customer happy. They are spread across the country, and individual impressions can very.

Cons

Online training can be repetitive, same training spread over multiple platforms, and overlapping. The llamas DEI training is long and tedious, and disrespectful as if we're children and don't know basic courtesies. It's more of a 3 hour ideological propaganda session with subliminal messaging that the white man is bad.
