Pros
They have a beautiful newer office building Staff are friendly There's about 40 staff members at the office, so you get to know everyone's name but it's not so huge that you're a nameless face walking around
Cons
Pay raises are very modest and starting pay isn't generous. For my experience and education, it seemed that I started on the very low end in terms of salary.
