CEO know most staff by their names , appreciates people for their work. Some one promised to help people in our department increased but nothing has happened since.
I really like that SSS is always thinking about staff as much as the individuals we support. SSS is always finding fun things to do so it really makes it a lot easier to make fun plans with individuals.
