You get exposure to real incidents, not just textbook scenarios. If you want hands-on experience with alert triage, threat hunting, and incident response, you’ll get it. The team has competent people who actually understand security instead of pretending. You can carve out ownership if you’re proactive—no one stops you from improving processes or building automations.

Cons

Shift can be chaotic for some people.
