The management is horrible ( higher up) . No proper training and the manger don’t appreciate or value there employees. Getting the work done is more important than safety there.

Management needs work and training. Toxic environment and culture, empty promises, non-competitive pay, no work life balance, you will be over worked, miscommunication, fast paced to the point of burnout constantly.
