Pros

The assistant manager and dispatcher were both drivers and would never ask you to do anything they weren’t able to do. You felt a real since a pride working here because so many senior drivers had such a good relationship with Ben Sharp and they would all tell you he would give you the shirt off of his back. Anytime there was an issue it was handled promptly.

Cons

The only con is that they are not in Mount Juliet anymore, and most of us feel we were lied to about how good of a company the new carrier would be we really miss Sharp and wish they would come back and save us

Pay some what constant weekly. They closed easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving

Cons

Overnight work mandatory 6days on holiday weeks. No set start schedule.

There are none, besides getting 2 days consecutively off.

Cons

They can't load trailers to save they're lives, spend all night picking pallets up, and If You ever quit they're HR will make whatever company your trying to get on with, wait 30 days to send them verification that u worked they're, They are exactly the kind of company that makes the Industry disgraceful.
