Pros

When in the office, there is a good company culture and has the ability to be remote if needed. Work life balance is easy to handle and encouraged Generous PTO for all employees Support team is a go to area for promotion in the company

Cons

Employee onboarding can be rough - think trial by fire Fast Paced to the point of being hectic at times. Repetitive daily routine with minimal variance
