Joined Sharpe just over a month ago. Small team, working remote and sometimes meetings but the induction and welcome support has been phenomenal!
Cons
Great induction, all systems ready and waiting for me and made to feel right at home. Given responsibilities straight away with support which I loved. The company culture is to treat everyone they come in to contact with in a friendly, proactive way, building relationships and working hard to support both client and the candidates. Lots of integrity. Huge pool of experience to draw from with 60 years recruitment experience in the industry as a combined team!
