"Turns out that after hours of review we found out the Sharpen dev team forgot to pay some bill (seriously how was any of this my fault?) which caused a company wide outage and therefore phonecalls into the support number were dropping... which is why we didn't receive a phonecall notifying us of the outage at 2am... which is also why the issue wasn't dealt with as timely as management expected." There really isn't any pros here. They try and lure you with equity options that are worthless.

Cons

You will get laid off and worked so hard with a skeleton crew. This is probably the worst company I've ever worked for.
