      Misled that I could grow and was an asset

      Pros

      I thought the praise was sincere and a pro at first but then realized they knew that made me workd harder.

      Cons

      Do not value other's experience, do not listen to employees, do not reward for meeting goals, when problems are reported they look at you negatively, spend unnecessary money and think what works in one market works in them all.
