Pros

Free drinks and has food available to buy.

Cons

They threatened layoffs all the time. You can be hired and they are in a meeting talking about letting people go. So it is ahigh turnover rate. Owner is way too full of himself. He brags how he makes a ton of money, drove a cool car, and then tried to show off how he is a "cool guy". If you are not in the cool crowd, you will not do well. They have had problems with employees drinking on the job, they provided the beer in their fridge for people to do so. The holidays are bogus, the pay was low, and there was not any good benefits.

There is a very positive work atmosphere, and we regularly have team-building gatherings.

Some team leads are unqualified to effectively lead a team.
