none. Very unethical, backstabbing company.
Cons
Read your sales contract. Commissions are not earned. For example: You sell 4 houses and you think that the company will pay you your commissions when they close right? WRONG - they fire you before you can get paid so that they can keep the money. - hire more people, rinse repeat.
