Pros
Decent pay, good hours, above average benefits. 37.5 hour work week. Most employees are "lifers". Not as much turnover as some places so aren't continually training new employees. One of the better places to work in this area if you don't want to commute to GB or Appleton.
Cons
A LOT of politics. Upper management seems to have their own agendas. Without the unions it's pretty much every employee for themselves. Big push to group positions into categories and set pay per category as opposed to specific positions. Finally received 1.5% raise in 2015 after not getting anything for 3 years. There's talk of raising the percentage that employees contribute to their health insurance costs - currently it's 10%. Talk of raising it to 20-30% in the future.
