Encouraging culture with below-average pay grade, if you consider that as a Pro
Cons
- One of the worst management to ever manage a company. You would be surprised to see how immature management has been running and failing over and over again. - The CEO, Adnan Imtiaz Halim, is a blind visionary who cannot keep his company together and has faked his way into becoming a face in the start-up industry of the country. - The CTO, Abu Naser Md. Shoaib runs the technology team as if he is running a freelancer varsity club. - The COO, Ilmul Haque Sajib, runs for eCAB while he cannot get his own company's operation straight for all these years. - The company has no proper strategy or planning. Every now and then their plans change without consideration of any situation. - The dream of a 'Sheba' ecosystem has killed the entire company. There is no fact-driven planning anything. - All three products have high potential but the worst management one can imagine. - sManager business vertical has one of the weakest business planners there is. They have no clue whatsoever about what these people are doing. - While the company offers one of the lowest salaries in the country also with limited opportunities for growth. - The company also cannot pay salaries timely. In the technology unit the company could not pay salaries from May, 2022 and June, 2022 - Laid back and lengthy product delivery structure has made the engineers less customer oriented and inefficient. - Hypocrisy runs everywhere and cannot properly commit to time. - The CFO, Jone Kumar Gupta and his entire finance team is one of the worst in the industry in making financial calculations. - The company cannot properly utilize good resources and talks ill of former employees after they leave. - The business verticals lack proper leadership, as a result, cannot take proper decisions at any time - Does not promote work-life balance, will only make the employees work even after work hours end
