Pros
Decent pay. They're slowly remodeling the office, as of right now it's still rather depressing, but at least they're trying.
Cons
I interviewed for and was offered a desirable job and showed up for a completely different job title - basically ended up being data entry while they gave the job I thought I had to someone else. This was offensive considering I came from a Fortune 100 company and a position with far more responsibility. It was hard to feel passionate and driven to succeed after being so greatly underestimated. Felt a lot like high school. If you work here, expect to be targeted by the more established employees for no reason - and by targeted I mean bullied. Constant whispering and giggling and most of these conversations were about various coworkers. Management acknowledges this and calls the environment toxic but does nothing about it to avoid having to invest time in replacing toxic employees, so instead they just make excuses and tell you to keep your head down. An employee that worked there for decades and showed undying loyalty to the company was called a derogatory name by one of the owners, was disrespected and talked down to on a daily basis - if this doesn't make you want to steer clear of this company then you would probably fit in great there. Management claimed to want change, but when new ideas are pitched, the whole company fights about it because 98% of the people have been there long-term and don't want anything to change(improve). Schedule is not flexible, micromanaging is routine, management picks favorites and PTO is only one week per year and if I remember correctly, it starts accruing during the calendar year following the year you start in. This is all WAY more restrictive than the industry standard.
