Cons
People are beinq squeezed to the max. Their culture is just "on paper". The boss is micromanaging people, offering very little in exchange, pushing everybody to be productive over their limits, without good guidance and help. The atmosphere is purely toxic when the boss is around, which is a shame, because people working there are smart and could do amazing things.
