They have a great customer base that is enjoyable to work with. They have a dedcent bonus program and they are pretty flexible with musicians schedules. It's great that they do employ professional musicians.
Cons
The pay is not super competitive being so close to San Francisco and Silicon Valley. The amount of work vs. the amount of pay sort of plagues what could be an otherwise healthy sense of community.
