No micromanagement of daily functions/tasks
Supportive managers/department leaders
Lots of opportunity to grow in career (if you want to grow)
Flexible working environment
Cons
Some of the technology is dated (but it gets the job done)
Good pay. They'll give you the responsibility you can handle which will lead to great opportunities for advancement. I've learned more in this job than all others combined. Shelco's top management really cares about their employees and it shows.
Cons
Not Shelco specific. The construction industry does not allow for an every-day 9-5 , but Shelco's pay reflects the hours put in.
