      Pros

      The Residents are wonderful ..Shell points has over 1000 employees that helps Lee County. They give yearly raises 2-3% (twenty-five cents) The residents give out $500/$250 Full/part time employees Xmas time its not a seasonal just as busy July as Jan. From health care to hospitality to maintenance, house-keeping etc. lots of jobs

      Cons

      It never closes so working All holidays are a must.Lots of longs shifts 10:30 -7pm hiring start off low wages. Yearly reviews are not compensated $$$ Supervisor work 45+hrs.

      Pros

      The pros on this job was everyone was friendly, helpful and very team centered. It was also a job that encouraged you to lean more so you can do your job better. They also allowed a certain amount of freedom in how you can do your job, of course within limits. Every year you got a cash Christmas Bouns that was quite large.

      Cons

      In my job I was required to work odd hours at times and since we had a minimal staff I would work over 40 hours a week often.

      Pros

      Benefits & bonuses. The island has a beautiful spot to watch manager.

      Cons

      Culture is very segregated by job. Homophobic atmosphere. Young servers cut corners, water down coffee tea etc. Managers text employees after work.
