      A great company with a strong focus on people, flexible working hours, and competitive pay aligned with industry standards. The Talent Acquisition team was very supportive, and the hiring process was seamless. Overall, a very positive experience.

      Too Many 1. Work Culture is really Amazing 2. The onboarding process is very smooth and HRs are very supportive throughout 3. Office Space is really good at We Work with InHouse Cafe for all employees, Unlimited, and the food is really good 4. Pay scale is really decent, provided the entire IT is going in cost-cutting mode. Shell, on the other hand, is expanding footprints in India 5. 9/80 perks are something very unique; every alternate Friday is officially off 6, Hybrid model and not strict office timings, very much flexible
