Except.... they will lie to you about what qualifies as your territory, taking every opportunity to not pay you.
The bottom line is... the leaders of this company inherited the business from their Father, and haven't the slightest idea what they're doing.
Cons
Completely incompetent leadership team.
President is founder's son. He is in way over his head. Has no idea what is happening or what he is doing.
Mid-level Managers are family members who are even more incompetent than the President.
