      Small family owned company the really cares about employees and allows for healthy work life balance.

      Pros

      Good environment, friendly co-workers, good long term company plan. The pay/benefits are very competitive if not on the top end of this industry. Fringe benefits are unheard of!

      Cons

      Uses MS Exchange. I prefer Google suite of tools. Outsources IT. HR needs to recruit an in-house IT department.

      Things that the company can do better: 1) Not take advantage of people 2) Trust their employees 3) Respect their employees 4) Not have incompetence in leadership roles 5) Not have "wine Fridays" when running a chemical plant
