      Blame culture, no leadership, toxic atmosphere, doesn't stand by it's values. Please don't work here.

      Everyone is really friendly. People are committed to the organisation and genuinely want to make things better and provide good services for our tenants.

      Cons

      Like most organisations, sometimes things don’t always go right & there are some areas for improvement. Managers are open to making things better.
