      Job security! 55 year old retirement. Good starting pay. New employee focused.

      Cons

      Dont care about their senior staff or keeping them. They just want to get staff in the door. If you are looking for a long term career as a correctional officer, then look at surrounding counties such as Wright, Stearns or Anoka. They pay significantly higher wages at the top!
