      Generous salary and reasonable working hours. Nice sized company and excellent lawyers.

      Resistant to remote working whilst I was there but this may have changed since.

      Location of office is great, friendly place to work

      Cons

      As a parent, no support from HR or management whatsoever. Very outdated benefits. Maternity and paternity pay is non existent. Bonuses are terrible - not reflective on your appraisals.
