      Great co workers, Free luncheons

      Cons

      Filthy office, favoritism, demanding workload with unrealistic expectations. They tell you they will give you bonuses once you complete probation, however then they tell you that the bonuses have been taken away.

      Pros

      Hands off no micromanaging, pay decent with time off.

      Cons

      Absolutely no involvement with staff, once your working live accounts there is no guidance, no meetings, no client updates and absolutely no management understanding how to to actually resolve accounts to get payment. They just want you to adjust off every claim bc they get paid either way, then the clients drop them.
