      Learning from knowledgeable co workers Cameron from HR

      Cons

      Lack of inclusivity Closed my department where I was only Muslim black woman working in the corporate office Upper management suggested I be moved to a predominantly Muslim building Aggressive regionals who leave no room for mistakes unless you are part of the political circle that includes 4 highly closed minded, mean spirited, fear mongering individuals.

      Don't waste your valuable experience and time on this company. They will use you up then drop you in a moment.

      Pros

      Nothing worth mentioning. The cons far outweigh the pros.

      Cons

      Day to day wondering if you will be told you are no longer needed. Managing and maintaining too many properties. Seeing other personnel leave in droves. Surly managers who care only about "making money for Mr. Sherman" and making themselves look good. The pay for what you are expected to know and do is far below industry standards. Constantly adding more responsibilities to your already stressed workload.

      Decent pay and PTO. Cool office location in East Downtown.

      Cons

      Many in corporate middle management and leadership positions are racist, under qualified, and/or a bully. Corporate staff are super cliquey.
