Regarding the Digital Transformation team only: Independently organized and managed by a boss that fosters learning and collaboration more so than other companies in this industry. The manager's work environment expectations are emulated by co-workers making the team mesh well with how they work with each other and customers.. Starting pay was mediocre with the expectation of above-industry average raises over the course of 6 months to 1+ year. Allows remotely working from another state, with a week-long visit to their HQ in Oregon every 3 months
