Strong internal community of ICs; the peer-to-peer support and professional dedication are the company's greatest assets.

Cons

Leadership has developed a massive blind spot regarding the culture here. Last year's promotions on the product team have put toxic micromanagers into key "head-of" positions. It’s a systemic issue now... the company isn't just ignoring bad behavior; it’s actively rewarding it with "head" roles promotion. This "promote-the-bully" culture is trickling down and ruining the environment for everyone else.

Micromanaging, low salaries, unclear expectations. Did I mention low salaries? Yes, and those kept frozen forever, year after year with different excuses.
