      In my 6yrs with the company it has been ok place to work but they will make a lot of promises that they don't keep.

      Pros

      Good safety program, a lot of opportunities for overtime, a friendly work environment most of the time, good retirement plan

      Cons

      Low on the pay scale and not a lot of vacation time. They will tell you what you want to hear but won't stand behind it. Not a good work life balance.
