      Pros

      Large office, location, coworkers, bonuses sometimes, multiple duties to prevent boredom.

      Cons

      Management was a joke. Nepotism was HUGE in this company!! Company is always struggling but management always got their huge bonus while employees went without sometimes.

      Provided water on some sites, decent emphasis on safety training and certification

      Cons

      Dangling-the-carrot mgmt techniques and sees employees as disposable, lot of churn, to be fair, no one with talent remains in drywall, Good Ole Boy corporate culture
