      Pros

      Good place to gain experience in the salesforce ecosystem. You learn a lot about the system and work simultaneously in multiple projects. The company invests heavily in infrastructure. Management facilitates working remotely and allows flexible hours

      Cons

      Extremely high employee turnover speaks for itself. Inexperienced and arrogant management. Evaluation system is politicized which makes meritocracy obsolete

      Pros

      Amazing group of people to work with everyday. Company invests heavily in employee education, growth, learning and mentorship. Flexible work arrangements are the best in the industry and work-life balance is truly promoted. Unlimited vacation time and great employee perks inside and outside of the office make Shift a great place to work.

      Acquired several times now. Got absorbed in a not-so-pleasant way. Nothing got better, only worse. Very sad.
