      Good place to learn & make money

      Pros

      Good socials - holidays, races, days out, drinks etc Lots of training and people who encourage you to make money Positive work culture Good earning potential & commission The office is really nice and there are regular events put on by the building they're in

      Cons

      Hard work, not easy at times, but from what I've heard that's the industry Lost to learn in your first few weeks

      Pros

      Cool culture, laid back but people are motivated to succeed and you can progress quickly in the business.

      Cons

      Not many - no WFH options but that isn't an issue especially early in your career.

      Regular Incentives - holidays, bonuses, great commission scheme and some really interesting clients to work with As a startup, it isn't the kind of company where you'll be waiting long to progress - typically you'll be working as a full consultant in 3 months, developing your own client relationships and placing jobs Good training & fun office environment, lots of social events, drinks after work Cutting edge technology to help you do the job and provide a first rate service to your clients

      Cons

      Not for the faint hearted, you have to work hard and that's not for everyone - but if you're looking to do well in recruitment this is probably what you want No remote working for trainees
