      Insecure and Short sighted management

      Pros

      Chatswood CBD office. Not much after hours work. Easy office timings.

      Cons

      No HR. You only report to your immediate manager and there is no way you can be innovative or contribute anything towards achieving company's goals. No career progression. Worse manager I have ever come across. WOuld intentionally let me down or prove me wrong in front of other team members.

      Good team, flexible working hours

      Terrible pay, 30 to 40% less than market No local HR so no yearly pay review/performance They do not pay commissions when you leave for unknown reason saying that because the customer has not paid the invoice you don't get your generated comms. Upper management is a joke, nothing to learn, not a direction No sales tools to make your ridiculous quota and when you meet it 3 years in a row, no incentive to continue to do better
