I have felt like part of the team and right at home from the very first day with shilo. It has provided me with a flexible working environment which has not only enabled me to thrive professionally but to also balance my life outside of work with my young family. I have always felt appreciated and spoken to with empathy. Ilona and Sharna are real people leaders who demonstrate what it means to be a true HR professional and how it's all about the people. They truly know what it means to provide a valuable service by placing a lot of value on their team. Ilona and Sharna aren't your typical executives which makes me so excited to see the great places shilo. will go!!
