The upper management team are extremely supportive and always providing the necessary tools and education to complete tasks. Upper management provides encouragement on growth and gives entry level employees the chance to learn and grow.
Cons
Because it is a newer company and industry, you have to be able to be adaptable to schedule changes, operational hours, and inventory fluctuations.
