Pros
- Option to work fully remote - Competitive pay with regular pay increases - Comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and educational benefits - No micro managing, employees are trusted to get their work done and won't be bothered if they are able to do so - Space for failure, if you make a mistake you will not be berated and will be shown ways to improve in the future. One of the CEOs actively speaks about the benefits of failure frequently - Reasonable expectations, there is more than enough time allocated to employee onboarding before full performance is expected. The other employees are always happy to help out if you run into a problem and need some guidance, and all employees are constantly learning.
Cons
- Lots of meetings, there are a large number of company meetings many of which you will find yourself uninvolved in what is being discussed, on top of your smaller team's meetings these can add up a lot.

Great people, great work-life balance. Working fully remotely is allowed. The work is interesting and engaging.
Cons
Not many opportunities for career advancement.
